Who we are
With a passion for pens and prose, it was a natural progression for me to become a copywriter and start consultancy Red Clay Media (named after a Freddie Hubbard album) to pioneer leadership in experience engineering as an expert in all things content - from backend functionality to frontend discovery and everything in between.
I also ran an independent record label called Heathen (named after a David Bowie album) and I was a promoter of two critically acclaimed live music nights, Screwball Cabaret and Die Young Stay Pretty (named after a Blondie track).
During my career as a music journo, I interviewed Brett Anderson from Suede and Kasabian. I was a regular on BBC Radio Berkshire's The Demo Panel. And I appeared in AC/DC's Runaway Train video.
Outside of the work thing, I write novels, dance like a loon, drink like a fish, indulge in cultural activities and satisfy my wanderlust. I also got a highly commended for my drawing of a hedgehog at primary school (not inspired by any musical legends).
